Following a string of acclaimed releases — including 2025’s Live Or Die By Love, the breakout 2024 singles “Maybe In Another Life” and “But I Do”, and 2023’s self-titled debut on Razor-N-Tape — lovetempo returns with a debut full-length: There Is A Light. The album charts a journey from heartbreak and self-doubt into healing, connection, and self-acceptance. It is Safer’s most personal and expansive work to date—a record about rediscovering your inner light and refusing to give up on love.

The album features a strong cast of collaborators including Dougie Stu (Brijean), Toribio, Kate Mattison (79.5), and multi-instrumentalist Izaak Mills, with mixing and additional production by Carlos Truly (Ava Luna, Juan Wauters, Frankie Cosmos). The project has received tastemaker support from Gilles Peterson and Laurent Garnier, airplay on BBC 6Music, KEXP, and KCRW, and editorial placement on Spotify playlists including Pollen, Metropolis, and Jazz House.
