At Seasick Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl is defective or arrives damaged, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit. Please note that all opened non-defective items and 'New Arrival' limited releases are considered final sale.

Contact Support
Email our team with your order number and a brief description of the issue, including photos if the record or sleeve arrived with transit damage.
Secure Packaging
Once authorized, pack the records securely in a specialized mailer to prevent further damage during the return journey to our shop.
Ship and Process
Affix the provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
